Earnest Ice Cream was born from a simple love of ice cream. When they launched in 2012, they knew they had the ability create ice cream that expresses passion for flavour and creativity. While still being able to embody local and sustainable food values.
The scope of the project was to identify the existing brand and transfer the business ethos into a space that embodied them. The main difficulty was taking the preconceived notions of what the space would look like, and create something unique and individual.
