With this project the challenge was dividing the space and creating privacy for the osteopathy rooms from the cafe space. As well the proposed furniture in the cafe to have the ability to be removed and stored during an event, without the use of a storeroom.

The solution was to insert ratchet strap system which can absorb noise and be easily removed. The furniture is made using a CNC and ratchet straps to fasten, whilst being able to fit in the external joists of the wall. The study of the body and movement was the inspiration for this flexible but ridged instillation into the space.
